What is your lead time?
Lead time depends on the model and order size. Standard in-stock items ship quickly; production orders are scheduled according to your quantity. Exact lead time is confirmed on the quotation.
Do you support OEM / ODM orders?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM service — custom wattage, voltage, base type, packaging and branding are all available. Send us your spec sheet and our team will confirm feasibility and pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal, Western Union and major credit cards. Trade terms available include FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW and DDP.
Which ports do you ship from?
